The Rural Women in Business Conference is created for entrepreneurial women who are passionate about developing and growing vibrant, sustainable businesses.
This year’s theme is Ask for More. Our format includes informative workshops from business experts, a dynamic & inspiring keynote presentation by Amanda Wagner – Speaker and Business Strategist, a panel discussion, networking, exhibitor tables, and more!
The RWIB Conference has a proven track record of bringing women together to provide them with the tools, strategies and connections for their evolving businesses and lives. To see photos from the 2023 Rural Women in Business Conference, click here.
KEYNOTE Speaker
AMANDA WAGNER
Keynote Speaker
Amanda Wagner is a business strategist and speaker, helping entrepreneurs and leaders resist the urge to shop for shortcuts and follow what someone else is doing, and instead, channel their own ambition and claim their spotlight.
Ambition can feel like a four-letter-word, reserved for those who are willing to get what they want at-all-costs, or lack gratitude and acceptance for what they already have.
What about those of us who know we have something to offer and want to have a major impact? How do we unapologetically ask for more?
In her keynote, Amanda will share why befriending your ambition will help you clarify what you want, identify who is on your team to support you, and build your confidence to Ask for (and get!) More.
